Kyrgyzaltyn Yuvelirprom LLC was created in accordance with the decision of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC and Kyrgyz Jewelry Plant Altyn LLC dated July 28, 2021, state registration was carried out in the Chui-Bishkek Department of Justice on August 3, 2021.

The authorized capital of the Company is KGS 3,000,000 (three million).

Founders:

• Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC  - 67 %;
• Kyrgyz Jewelry Plant Altyn LLC - 33%.

The main business of Kyrgyzaltyn Yuvelirprom LLC is the production of jewelry, coins, bars from 0.1 gram to 1 kilogram, and medals.

Other business:

• Organization of jewelry production;

• Organization of retail chains for the sale of jewelry products;

• Purchase of products made of precious metals and precious stones;

• Purchase of refined gold;

• Foreign economic activity;

• Leasing activities;

• Investment activities;

• Organization of commercial warehouses, shops and other outlets for the sale of products.

In July 2023, a trial batch of small bars weighing 5 g, 10 g, 31.1035 g (troy ounce), 50 g and 100 g was produced, after which it was decided to concentrate efforts on the production of jewelry and souvenirs, as well as awards.

To date, Kyrgyzaltyn Yuvelirprom LLC is fulfilling the state order for the production of “Baatyr Ene” and “Ene Danky” awards in the amount of 2,120 pieces.
