Avelum Partner LLC

Avelum Partner LLC was registered on June 1, 2020 and was re-registered on February 8, 2022. The founders are two legal entities and two individuals.

On December 20, 2021, a simple partnership agreement was concluded between Kyrgyzaltyn and Avelum Partner LLC. The agreement provides for cooperation on the comprehensive development of the Altyntor site of the Solton-Sary deposit with the processing of man-made formations (existing tailings and rock dumps). At the same time, the share of Kyrgyzaltyn in the new partnership is 35 percent, and the share of Avelum Partner is 65 percent.
