The gold bar is issued in tamper-proof packaging, which also serves as its certificate. The bar number must match the number on the certificate. The integrity of the packaging ensures the authenticity of the gold bar and guarantees prompt settlement in the event of a buyback.

If the gold bar or its packaging (certificate) is damaged, the bar is subject to detailed examination. The examination period is no more than 10 business days, and a 6% fee will be charged based on the buyback value of the gold bar.

If the examination confirms the authenticity and compliance of the precious metal, the seller is paid the full buyback value as calculated by the Refinery Plant. If the metal does not comply, no payment is made, and appropriate measures will be taken.
