If the bar or its packaging (certificate) is damaged, it must undergo a detailed examination. The examination period is no more than 10 business days, with a fee of 6% of the buyback amount. If the examination confirms the authenticity of the precious metal, the seller will be paid an amount equal to the calculated buyback price determined by the Refinery Plant. If the metal is found to be non-compliant, no payment will be made, and appropriate measures will be taken.
