Conditions for holding a tender for joint activities to conduct geological exploration work in the Karakala-Terek zone and develop the Terek deposit
The tender for joint activities to conduct geological exploration work in the Karakala-Terek Zone and develop the Terek deposit is held on the basis of the decision of the Board of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC No. 21 dated April 21, 2025 and the minutes of the meeting of the board of directors of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC No. 25 dated April 29, 2025.
These Competition Terms and Conditions have been developed in accordance with the provisions on the conditions for state-owned enterprises and economic entities holding at least two-thirds of the state's shares in the authorized capital to conduct joint activities with investors to implement the granted rights to use subsoil, approved by Resolution No. 472 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated August 23, 2022.
The winner of the competition will be granted the right to participate in the joint activities of Karakala-Terek Limited Liability Company, which is a subsidiary of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC with a 100% share in the authorized capital, to carry out geological exploration work in the Karakala-Terek Zone and the development of the Terek deposit.
The competition will be held in Bishkek on June 17, 2025 at 10:00 (local time) at the address: Bishkek, Abdymomunov street, 195.
All interested persons, after paying the fee for participation in the Competition at the office of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC, are given the opportunity to obtain the geological and other information on the Karakala-Terek Zone and the development of the Terek deposit, necessary for making a decision on participation in the Competition at the office of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC.
Applications for competitive proposals from participants in the Competition for the implementation of a project for the development of subsoil areas are accepted at Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC until 17:00 (local time) on June 16, 2025.
The amount of the bid security is 10,000,000 (ten million) soms.
An applicant admitted to participate in the Competition shall transfer a 100% guarantee for the competitive application before the end of the deadline for accepting competitive applications.
